Our Mission
We are on a mission to inspire and create long-lasting, community-led change. CSSD addresses pressing challenges in environmental conservation, health, and education to uplift underserved communities. We aim to foster awareness, encourage sustainable practices, and empower individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to improve their lives and protect our environment.

Our Story
Founded with the vision of creating a better, more inclusive world, CSSD was established to provide lasting solutions for environmental conservation, community health, and education. Over the years, we have expanded our reach and impact, partnering with organizations, institutions, and local leaders to amplify our initiatives. Each project is designed to address a critical need while empowering communities to sustain these changes long after we’ve left.

Working in partnership with BMC and other local organizations, CSSD is committed to achieving sustainable development goals and fostering a stronger, more resilient Odisha.
CSSD believes that sustainable change is best achieved through collaboration. Our work is amplified by strong partnerships with dedicated organizations, local authorities, and community leaders who share our commitment to social and environmental progress.
Environmental Programs
Conducted large-scale plantation drives, planting 2,500 trees in districts like Jajpur and Dhenkanal.
Collaboration with Paradip Port Trust further extended these efforts, promoting sustainable greenery.
Sanitation and Hygiene
The organization launched a sanitation awareness program and organized hand wash rallies to promote hygiene, particularly in schools and rural areas.
Health Initiatives
Facilitated health camps, providing free medical services, and led HIV/AIDS awareness programs, benefiting marginalized communities.
Community Development
CSSD’s efforts included youth-led initiatives like village temple cleaning and skill-building workshops, while also running the Access Computer Academy to provide computer training to SC, ST, and OBC communities.
Education
The organization maintained a Library and Information Center, offering students educational resources and materials.
Collaborations
CSSD collaborated with organizations such as Infosys Foundation and State Bank of India to enhance the reach of its environmental, health, and education programs.
